By enrolling in courses offered by Eastbridge Academy ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in our courses.

2. Course Enrollment and Fees

Course enrollment is confirmed upon payment of the required fees. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course unless alternative payment arrangements have been specifically agreed upon in writing.

Course fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy. We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, in which case full refunds will be provided.

3. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow students. Disruptive behavior, academic dishonesty, or violation of our code of conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.

Students must attend classes punctually and participate actively in course activities. Excessive absences may result in removal from the course.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to problem sets, lectures, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Eastbridge Academy and are provided for educational use only.

Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials without written permission. This includes sharing materials with individuals not enrolled in the course.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may use student work and achievements for promotional purposes unless you specifically opt out in writing.

6. Technology and Online Components

Some courses may include online components or require use of technology platforms. Students are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate technology and internet access.

We are not responsible for technical difficulties that may prevent access to online course components, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative access when possible.

7. Health and Safety

Students must disclose any medical conditions or requirements that may affect their participation in courses. We will make reasonable accommodations where possible.

In case of illness or emergency, students or parents/guardians must notify us immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eastbridge Academy's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or contest performance, though we strive to provide high-quality instruction to all students.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes, and continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
